2003 Blue Bird TCFE 4800S, 30 Passenger, 5.9 L6 Cummins Diesel, 2000 series Allison transmission, air brakes. Sold as is. The bus has not been thoroughly inspected for defects. It is recommended that the vehicle be inspected before bid is placed. Odometer mileage is 72,164. Odometer has been replaced. Current mileage recorded by ECM (Engine Control Module) is 138,176. Being removed from fleet due to being replaced, age, and soft spots (plywood rot) in floor. Fuel gauge is inaccurate. The oil pan/timing cover gasket leaks. Vehicle has been maintained and it runs/drives. Equipped with cruise control and high idle. Rear air suspension, front leaf spring suspension. Service records will be provided. Front and rear A/C. All A/C components installed. Front A/C system does not cool, most likely low on refrigerant from a small leak. 255/70R22.5 front tires 13/32nd, rear tires 11/32nd. Tires were manufactured in 2017. Battery needs replaced, however it will jump start and charge. Ricon S-series wheel chair lift is operational but lift cylinders leak. There are exposed screw holes and exposed wires on the dash and interior due to equipment removal. Paint scratches and dents on body. Child pick up/stop arm lights/function have been disabled.
