A copy of the Region’s form to be completed by your agent or broker or insurer will be provided. 2. A Certificate of Clearance from the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) including your WSIB account number. 3. Signed copy of Health and Safety Practice Form (to be provided). The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold ‘as is’ and is not represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition. The winning bidder will be required to transfer ownership before the vehicle can be removed from property.

Cummins ISB 5.9L inline six cylinder diesel engine (190 hp), Allison 2000 automatic transmission, air brakes. functional Braun L919IB wheelchair lift. Bus has been out of service for a few years, but starts, runs and drives! Great candidate for conversion to motor home or party bus. HAS NEW BATTERY. 60 gallon fuel tank mounted behind the rear axle between the frame rails. Air ride rear suspension. Rated at 72 passengers, but has twenty 39" seats, has L-track in floor at the single wheelchair securement position. Includes one set of four-point wheelchair tie downs. Wheelbase 193", overall bumper to bumper length is 35' 6". 295/75R22.5 tires all have lots of tread depth remaining, rear tires are recaps. Potential buyer should consider that because vehicle has been sitting, brakes can get rusty, tires can dry rot and general condition can deteriorate due to time and weather exposure. Bus has significant rust and corrosion on undercarriage, floor structure, stepwell, floor track at wheelchair position and seat leg attachment points, but is typical for exposure to nearly twenty years of salty Ohio winters. Bus was involved in frontal collision in 2016, damage was fully repaired and passed Ohio Highway Patrol inspection. Alternating warning lights have been disabled.
