Inspections are available with an appointment and are highly encouraged.

Buyers must arrive early enough to have all items removed before 3:00 pm.

Please research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel, and/or vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in a timely manner.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide lifting/loading services, so buyers arriving without adequate and functional equipment to SAFELY remove the items from a facility will be held in default of the auction.

Please call (478)508-9468 at least 48 hours in advance for pickup/removal instructions and pickup address verification. Pick up will be available Monday -Thursday and must be completed between the hours of: 8:00 am-3:00 pm.

Bibb County School District will under no circumstances prepare items for shipping or schedule after hour removal appointments.
