2008 Freightliner M-Line Motorhome

2008 Freightliner M-Line Motorhome, 6.7L L6 CUMMINS DIESEL. (601 hours on engine) This unit was used as a disaster response vehicle/ mobile drivers license station with the Iowa DOT. It was used very little and is no longer needed. The RV runs, drives and works as it should except one door and one small light. This RV has been modified inside and out. The factory rear ramp door has been replaced with a 4' by 6' door that houses a wheelchair lift. The floors have been reinforced with steel frames. Radiant floor heat has been installed and is functional. There is also an additional AC unit on this unit. All 3 A/C units work as they should. A side rear walk through entry door has been installed to make three points of entry. There is fiber cable and an abundance of extra outlets installed through out unit. The outside of the unit had decals from factory that were removed and it was body wrapped, since then the wrap was removed back to original panels. The grey primer spots on the unit are fiberglass covers that have urethane and Bondo filling the vent and water heater covers. There is some cracking in the Bondo that could be easily repaired. The RV has an Onan/Cummins generator that runs as it should and has 641 hours showing on it. The generator can be started from drivers seat or on the unit itself. One roof dome window is broken will need replaced, it has been covered with plastic and there is an inner window preventing leaks. Roof is in excellent shape. Television was not secured properly and the frame that held the tv is broken. The TV works as it should. Rearview camera works as it should. The Electric fold out stairs work when the side doors are operated. Ultra level hydraulic leveling system works as it should, one touch auto level. Millennium 2 Wheelchair lift (800LBS capacity) shows 301 cycles on the counter. The lift is in excellent condition. Tires on this unit are approximately 50-60% good. Both seats are peeling a bit but are very comfortable with no tears. The unit does have nicks and scratches inside and out. This would make a nice mobile office, Ragbrai rig, party bus, mobile training room, or race rig. The sky is the limit. Very low miles, very little use please feel free to inspect if interested.
