2006 Thomas School Bus. MVP-EF. 78 passenger. 5.9 24 valve common rail Cummins diesel (Has EGR, no DPF or DEF), 2000 series Allison Transmission. Air brakes. 100 Gallon fuel tank. Mileage 114,450. Sold as is. It is recommended that the vehicle be inspected before bid is placed. Vehicle has not been thoroughly inspected for defects. Vehicle runs and drives. Being removed from fleet due to age and has been replaced. Bus has been used as a spare for three years. The bus has not been used for over a year. Passenger seats are moldy. Front and rear leaf spring suspension. Manual entry door. Air seat. Cruise control and high idle. Possible rear main seal leak and oil pan gasket leak, however they are not major leaks. Crossing arm has been removed. Service records will be provided. 11R 22.5 Tires. Front tires 14/32nd year of manufacture 2018, rear tires are re-treads 4/32nd year of manufacture 2015/16. Fuel gauge may be inaccurate. Oil pressure and engine temperature gauges are inaccurate (most likely bad gauges). Batteries (2X group 31) needs replaced, however it will jump start and charge. Scratches and dents on body. There are exposed screw holes and wires in the dash and interior due to equipment removal. Interior paint is peeling. Child pick up/stop arm lights/function have been disabled. Road governor speed reset to 80mph. School bus decals removed or painted over.
