My father converted buses into land yachts. He also was the person who designed tuna boats much like the Northwestern seen on Deadliest Catch. This was a tour bus in Northern California. Then Yosemite tours rebuilt the engine and sold it. The bus drove up to my dad's shop in Washington, pulling in with 7,000 miles and has not moved since 1992. He raised the roof, put in custom windows, oak kitchen and bedroom, and it has all of the appliances new (shower, toilet, stove, refrigerator, etc.) but it just has to be put back together. We have changed all the fluids, unstuck the rack, and started it. Runs so smooth and easy like the day it pulled into the shop. This is a real sleeper, and the only reason why you see it on the market is because I need a down payment for a home I want to buy. I only want this home and I only have a few weeks left to buy it. If I don't get this home, I am completing the renovation and buying property and living on the bus. This is really a once in a lifetime opportunity for both of us. We have a manual transmission in the bus, and we have a refurbished Allison automatic transmission (0 miles) bought specifically for the bus. Here is the website for more info: http://dreambus.info
If you want to start a mobile gymnastics program or upgrade your current one, this gigantic tour bus is already built to suit! Most "tumble buses" are just a converted school bus that are pretty cramped inside. This tour bus has higher ceilings, plus so much more room inside to accommodate larger groups and some older students as well. With a trampoline and ball pit flush with the floor, it's much safer too! A super quiet generator with remote start button conveniently located right next to the drivers seat is already wired throughout the inside of the bus to provide electricity to the space heaters, air conditioning, and anything else you might want to provide power too. Bus also has a back up camera which can display on the unit in the dashboard! Bus is a 1997 VanHool T945 and has new brakes, tires, emergency escape hatches, windshield, and everything else needed to make it run like a champ We've loved running our program with this bus, and we're truly sad to let it go, but we're trying to raise funds for a new facility right now.
