A mutually acceptable (for both buyer and seller/HWDSB) appointment day/time to pick up your purchased equipment must be made with the HWDSB seller representative.

Item shown assembled in picture and can be moved safely with proper lifting tools (jacks, pry bars, wood blocks, etc) and equipment (skid, pallet jack, etc), Item could also be disassembled by buyer and placed on skid(s) due to overall weight and size of the item. Buyer (you) should be prepared to bring all the necessary equipment and personnel to move the equipment.

The seller (HWDSB) cannot, and will not, provide any equipment or personnel to assist the buyer moving the equipment. The onsite HWDSB seller representative will be available to facilitate the movement of the equipment.

Once a pick up day/time is set, the HWDSB seller representative will be on site 15 minutes before and after the scheduled pick up time. The pick up will not occur if the HWDSB representative is not on site, the school cannot facilitate or authorize a pick up.

The HWDSB representative will provide a bill of sale at the time of pick up. The bill of sale must be signed by both buyer and seller.

If you are an out of Country bidder - be sure you can import this vehicle with only a Bill of Sale and an ownership.
If there is no picture of the U.S. emissions sticker, it could not be found.

Please contact your Provincial/State motor vehicle department prior to bidding and understand what is expected of the winning bidder to register the vehicle.

The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold ‘as is’ and is not represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.  The winning bidder will be required to transfer ownership before the vehicle can be removed from property.
