Double Door Refrigerator/Freezer (2-way power: Propane, 120v). Two 12v TVs. TV above refrigerator swivels to be viewed from either front or rear of coach, or drop down bed. Bathroom vent fan and Fan-Tastic ceiling ventilation fan. Microwave Oven. Outdoor hot/cold shower. 2 burner gas cooktop. Double bowl stainless steel sink. Driver and passenger swivel seats. 2,000 lb hitch with 4-pin connector. 2 sets of vehicle keys/FOBs. Chassis and house (AGM) batteries new 2022. New front tires and less than 8k on rear set. Engine oil changed ~ every 5,000 miles with synthetic oil. Generator oil changed yearly.

On the roof is antenna chases where all antennas are installed, a Winegard in motion antenna for satellite TV, and a 1.2 meter satellite dish for data. There is also a C-5 Weather Command Station that mounts to roof for onsite weather readings with monitoring station installed inside the vehicle.
